POWERHOUSE father and son duo Geoff and Daniel Schell of Ray White Rural SA have kicked off 2020 on a strong note, on the back of a very successful 2019.
Team Schell has built one of the most respected and successful real estate businesses in South Australia. The specialists are now fully focused on the rural industry across all sectors including cropping, mixed farming, pastoral & livestock, viticulture & horticulture industries.
The Schells recently sold their residential focused Clare Valley business to specialise on the rural and agribusiness sector. The duo have made a strategic decision to now focus their resources and skills into their Ray White Rural SA business.
With over 40 years of farm ownership and agribusiness experience between them, they also have an extensive network throughout the agribusiness finance and agricultural advisory sectors.
Geoff and Dan have ambitions to expand throughout key SA regions based on the highly successful Ray White Rural model in Queensland.
“Our aim is to provide a level of service to every client that will exceed their expectations. We want everyone to know our commitment and direction with Ray White Rural South Australia. We have sold our residential franchise Ray White Clare Valley business so we can fully focus and resource the growth of Ray White Rural South Australia,” Daniel Schell said.
“We aim to work in conjunction with the Ray White regional offices in South Australia which service rural and agribusiness clients.”
“We have recently completed successful rural transactions jointly with Andrew Dickson (Principal Ray White Mt Barker), Darren Pratt (Principal Ray White Barossa Valley) and Angus Campbell (Principal Ray White Woodside) to provide vendors with their local agent’s knowledge and expertise combined with the strength and expertise of our Ray White Rural Statewide and National network.”
The father and son team have conducted over 200 successful rural transactions right across SA, ranging from pastoral property sales, mixed farming enterprises, broad acre cropping, horticulture and vineyard and also irrigation enterprises.
Ray White Rural National Managing Director Stephen Nell said the Schell team capped off a tremendous 2019 with a string of awards, accolades and recognition.
“The Schells have been specialising in rural sales for many years now, which is their absolute passion. Their leadership in rural sales is exemplary and I look forward to supporting their ambitions into the future”.
“Geoff was last year awarded the Director’s Cup at the Ray White Rural awards which shows the high regard in which he is held by everyone in our group.”
At the annual Ray White South Australia state awards last year Geoff Schell was also awarded the prestigious Life Member Award.
“Geoff lives and breathes real estate and has been such a long term loyal member of the group. He’s always happy to help others and continually looking at ways to challenge himself, setting new standards of expectation and excellence,” said Ray White SA CEO Matt Lindblom.
“The Schells are still breaking new ground for Ray White in South Australia, leading the way and encouraging others to join them on their journey.
“Geoff and Dan always wants what is best for the group and they epitomize the values of the great family business that Ray White is today.”
The duo are currently selling a beautiful 297ha property at Hilltown on the outskirts of the Clare Valley, some of South Australia’s most reliable and productive farming land.
The property called Pinewood is offered as a whole or in four individual lots of relatively flat to gently undulating land, with high quality, fertile red / brown loam soils.
The Hilltown Road property is for sale by Expression of Interest closing on April 2. The property has a secure stock water supply via various bores, shearing shed and yards, implement shed, hay shed plus a charming character renovated stone homestead circa 1912.
